At Nami, Executive Chef Jason Beliveau leads the kitchen with creativity and precision, overseeing daily operations and bringing the restaurant’s bold vision to life. Guiding the concept as Culinary Director, Michelin-Starred Chef Freddy Money lends his artistry and expertise, visiting from time to time to inspire and collaborate with the team. Together, they deliver a dining experience defined by innovation, balance, and unforgettable flavor.

Chef Freddy Money brings a rich culinary background and a passion for innovative presentation, creating dining experiences that tell a story through ingredients, origin, and texture. Trained in world-class kitchens, including the Alain Ducasse Group, he went on to lead Nami with signature style and creativity. Today, as Culinary Director for the Michelin-starred Atlas and The Garden Room at The St. Regis Atlanta, as well as the Michelin-recommended Nami in Lake Nona, Freddy continues to shape Tavistock Group’s hospitality projects with imagination, precision, and passion.
